Designed in the US and made in Taiwan, our range hoods have also received UL and CSA certification, which means that our products meet the safety and sustainability standards for both the US and Canada.

Motor — Lifetime Warranty*

The powerful motors selected by Pacific Kitchen Life have passed strict certification tests (UL/ISO9001) and are of the highest quality. Under normal use, if damaged, they are guaranteed to be replaced free of charge.

*For wall-mounted range hoods, Pacific offers a three (3) year warranty on motors.

Parts — 10-Year Limited Warranty*

Under normal usage, our parts will be covered by a ten-year warranty from the date of your purchase (excluding consumable parts such as  light bulbs, oil cups, oil trays, etc.).

*For wall-mounted range hoods, Pacific offers a three (3) year limited parts warranty.

SERVICE LIMITED WARRANTY*

*Covers in-home service labor in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles only

If you live within the service areas of one of our Pacific Kitchen Life retail stores in the San Francisco Bay Area or Los Angeles, and there is a need for maintenance of your range hood, Pacific will provide professional technicians to repair it free of charge.

The following limitations apply:

TruSteam & Auto Clean Models – Five (5) Year Limited Service Warranty
Economy Models – One (1) Year Limited Service Warranty
