Currently, we can only ship within the US.

In order to make online purchases on our website, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the US. At this time, we cannot ship to PO boxes.

In general, it takes 2-3 business days to process an online order.

If you have an urgent shipment that requires next-day delivery, please contact our customer service team.

*Excludes AK, HI, NY, NJ, PA,  IL, MA, GA, IL, MI, GA and WA. $75 flat rate shipping is available for under cabinet hoods shipped to NY, NJ, MA, PA,  IL, MI, GA and WA. Please see the chart below for more information. 

Standard Ground Delivery

• Delivery within 5-10 business days from ship date
• Service Monday through Friday
• Shipment confirmation with tracking number provided via email

Express Delivery

• Delivery within 3 business days from ship date
• Service Monday through Friday
• Signature required
• Shipment confirmation with tracking number provided via email
