01. High-Temperature Steam Activation
When cleaning begins, 130°C high-temperature steam is released inside the hood system. The heat penetrates internal surfaces, helping loosen grease buildup and prepare it for removal—without manual scrubbing.
02. Grease Dissolving & Breakdown
After the steam spray, grease residue is further dissolved and broken down inside the hood system. This step targets stubborn grease buildup on internal components to make removal more effective — without harsh chemicals or scrubbing.
